After-sales service

The provision is formulated in order to protect the legal rights and interests of customers, clarify the responsibilities and obligations of the seller, repairer and producer for guaranteeing repair, replacement and return of the goods (hereinafter referred to as the “three warranties”), in accordance with the provision of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Product Quality, Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests and other relevant regulations.

Warranty period:
   
The warranty period of products is one year from the date of purchase, and the validity period of “three guarantees” shall be counted from the date of invoice issuing after deducting the time for repair with no spare parts. During the validity period of the “three guarantees”, the consumer may apply for the repair, replacement or return of goods with the invoice and voucher of “three guarantees”.

Warranty:

I. The product has perfect after-sales service: if there is no man-made damage to the appearance and function, the product which has been sold can be returned within 7 days, replaced within 15 days and warrantied for one year.
1.1 If there are some performance failures of the product, within 7 days from the date of sale, the consumer can choose to return, replace or repair the product. When returning the product, the consumer shall pay the amount of the product according to the price in the invoice by once off.
1.2 If there are some performance failures of the product, within 15 days from the date of sale, the consumer can choose to replace or repair the product. At replacement of the product, the seller shall replace the product with the one of the same type and specification.
1.3 During the validity period of “three guarantees”, the product which has been repaired twice but is still not in normal use, the seller shall replace the product with the one of the same type and specification free of charge according to the repair records and certificates provided by the repairer, or the consumer can return the product in accordance with 1.1.
1.4 During the validity period of “three guarantees”, the seller shall repair free of charge (including material cost, time cost but excluding freight) except that the product can not be used properly due to the improper use of the consumer.
1.5 During the validity period of “three guarantees”, the freight resulting from the replacement or repair of the product due to quality problems shall be equally borne by the consumer and seller.

II. During the warranty period, if the product is used in normal condition but occurs failure, the free maintenance service will be provided according to the contents in the warranty clause, the warranty card and invoice or receipt (copy).

III. Way of maintenance service: return to the factory for maintenance.

IV. In the following cases, the maintenance fee (including certain material cost, maintenance fee and freight) shall be paid:
1. Beyond the warranty period, the product is used in normal condition but occurs the failure.
2. The warranty card or valid invoice can not be shown or the product can not match with the warranty card.
3. The product is used in abnormal condition, such as man-made damage, or high temperature, high pressure, humidity, liquid inlet, etc. If the damage is not serious, consumer can pay for maintenance.
4. The failure and damage are caused by the failure of the consumer to follow the usages and notes in the instructions.

V. In the following cases, the company will not offer warranty.
1. Without permission of the company in writing, the product is remounted and maintained privately.
2. Normal wear and tear (e.g. wear and tear of the battery and other parts).
3. There is no “three guarantees” voucher or valid invoice.

VI. Service process

When users find problems and need our help, we will provide the smooth channel, Customer Service Center, and standardize operation process for response, meanwhile, we also need the cooperation of users. The following diagram illustrates relevant service process.

Service response
The Customer Service Center provides the service acceptance of 6*8 hours. When the user's service request occurs, the Customer Service Center will respond immediately. As for the technical problems or application failures, the Customer Service Center will classify the technical problems by the level of severity, for example, general, urgent and very urgent. The Technical Support Center will give different service responses according to the level of severity of the problem.
